Guides and system notes for using Orikware thoughtfully.
Voice testing
The Oliver showcase is an Orikware demonstration, not a confirmed booking with a client business. Use fictional names and requirements. A web call needs HTTPS or localhost, browser microphone permission, and an available audio device. If a call fails, review the visible error and verify permissions before trying again.
Understand the data flow
A configured voice workflow can pass structured call or appointment details through an automation service into the platform. A successful automation run confirms that stage of processing; it does not by itself prove that the displayed title, timezone, transcript, or customer detail is correct.
Verify a consultation
Compare the requested date and time with the created event, including its timezone. Refresh the portal calendar and, if configured, check the external calendar. A record created at the time of the call may indicate missing appointment mapping rather than the time the caller requested.
Accounts & permissions
Client access is limited to the workspace associated with the provisioned account. Admin functions require the corresponding role. Contact the studio through the portal inbox or studio@orikware.com for access help. Never include passwords, access keys, or authentication tokens in a support request.
Keep a human in the loop
AI summaries and responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Confirm material commitments, custom-order requirements, and sensitive decisions with a qualified person. Voice agents are not emergency services and should not be relied on for medical, legal, or financial advice.
